Cousins having Fun!

Roslyn is back at work as of a few weeks ago so Greg and the girls came down last week to spend the day with us. It was pretty hot outside so Lochie, Olivia and Ellen had a wonderful time playing together inside. The toys were spread from the front door to the back door - well done kids!  Posted by Picasa

Happy Birthday Nanna!

Mum recently celebrated another Birthday (I won't say how many) and Lochie and Ellen helped her to blow out the candles. We had another pork roast on the BBQ for dinner due to it being such a success on Christmas Day. It was another success which was good and although it was a bigger roast this time it was all polished off again so still no leftovers for lunch the next day - next time I'll get an even bigger roast! Posted by Picasa

Christmas 2006

Well we had a lovely Christmas this year. Lochie was able to understand the concept of Christmas heaps more being 19.5mths. He loved looking out for Santa and lights on the houses around the area that had been decorated. The day was pretty hot but we had a lovely time at our house with Mum, Dad, Stephen, and Ros, Greg and the girls for lunch. We had the airconditioning on and did roast pork and turkey on the barbeque for the first time - it was a complete success and going on how much everyone seemed to like it, I think it will be on the menu next Christmas too. I have included some photos that were taken on or around Christmas.

Eigel Family Holiday

Well please forgive me for not updating the blog since last October but I forgot how to use it so my wonderful sister came this week and helped me to work it out so here I am again. Unfortunately a few things have happened since I last did the blog so the next few blogs will be updating you on what's been happening. Firstly we had a wonderful family holiday in November at Kings Beach in Caloundra. We stayed in a great place that has a great pool and a kids park next door so Lochie had heaps of fun and of course so did we watching him. We love going to Kings Beach as it's so family friendly and the added benefit is that Ros, Greg and the girls live 10mins down the road so we get to spend a bit of time with them while we are there also. The following are some photos from the holiday.
