Lochie and Zach watching the new Pirate Show at Sea World
We received a free ticket for Lochie to go to one of the Theme Parks for his Birthday and he chose Sea World so Jason took the day off work and we used our annual passes as well and had a great family day together. We saw all the shows including the new Pirate Show which has replaced the Ski Show and the kids had a great time going on every ride they could.
A few days later, Lochie decided after school one day that would like to try and make the big lego he received from Jason and I for his Birthday. It's one that you can make 3 different types of houses out of and so after choosing which house he wanted to make (he chose the one that had a tiny mower in it - I think the mower was the tipping factor in its favour) - he set about building the house. My job was only to help find pieces if he couldn't find them himself and just check that he had done all the pieces on each instruction page but pretty much he did it himself. Yes it took him a few hours but the smile at the end says it all doesn't it.
